14 day Low-carb meal plan with grocery list 1250 B


We offer two different 14-day low-carb meal plans with a grocery shopping list. This is Plan B. All have below 60 carbs per day with three meals and two snacks. You should add more protein drinks when trying to lose weight.


Plan B examples include avocado, egg and toast, lemon grilled chicken breast, shrimp with zucchini noodles, peanut butter and celery, keto protein shakes, spinach scrambled eggs, simple steak recipe, easy grilled chicken, Jumbo shrimp with chive butter, pork rind crusted chicken, seared strip steak, citrus broiled Alaska salmon, super simple smoked paprika chicken, tuna and avocado wrap, tarragon and chive eggs, chicken potato and veggie Stir fry, balsamic asparagus, simple lemon herb chicken, various vegetable side dishes to go with the meals, various egg dishes for breakfast, protein shake recipe and various snacks like hard-boiled egg or celery with protein.
